The Buffalo Bain Marie is ideal for keeping soups, gravy, sauces, baked beans and other liquid foods warm and ready to serve. Supplied with two 5.2L stainless steel pots and lids, it offers excellent capacity for busy restaurants, cafés, pubs and takeaways.

The gentle wet-heat system helps maintain serving temperature while reducing drying and burning. It features adjustable 30–90°C temperature control, overheat protection and a durable, easy-clean stainless steel construction.
