Hot Plate with Heated Gantry is ideal for keeping prepared food hot and attractively displayed. The heated base and overhead heat lamps provide even heat from both above and below, with an adjustable thermostat for temperature control.

Suitable for Gastronorm pans or heat-resistant serving dishes, the stainless steel unit is hygienic, easy to clean and energy efficient. The overhead lamps can be switched off separately and are easy to replace.
